Where does it work?
Our service works anywhere in the world where there is a high-speed internet connection available.
How to watch it?
You watch service on your TV just like regular television that you are used to with the remote control and the set-top-box (receiver). Connect the receiver to the TV and to the Internet Router or Modem and you are set.
Which channels are included?
At the moment we provide over 100 channels from Germany including news, sport, movie, music, entertainment and kids channels.
How much does it cost?
For each service plan we offer monthly and annual billing options. If you select MONTHLY BILLING, you will be prepaying for a month ahead and payments will be made each month. If you choose ANNUAL BILLING, you will be prepaying for 10 months, and get 2 months for free on the top of that (total 12 months). You can switch from one billing plan to another at any time.
HOW TO GET STARTED?
1. PAY FOR SERVICE
Select the most convinient billing option for you and process payment online. You will receive access to the service once the payment goes through.
2. PURCHASE TV BOX
If you want to try service on TV, you have to purchase a media player. You can purchase media player along with the service or separately, anytime. We highly recommend to purchase HDMI cable along with the box. It will allow you to watch channels in HD quality (1080 resolution). Boxes ships for free.
3. GET BOX IN MAIL
You order is going to be processed, packed carefully and shipped out. Estimate US & Canada delivery time is 2-5 business days. You also can pick up the box from our showroom.
4. CONNECT TV BOX
Once you get the box, you should connect it according to the provided manual. 1. Connect the box to the TV and select the correct input. We highly recommend to connect box with HDMI cable (sold separately). 2. Connect TV Box to your router with CAT5 cable (included in package). 3. Connect box to the power and turn it on.
